Your Dad carries a passion in His heart!
He aches to spend time with you, His child.
Yet, He spends most of His time rescuing you from trouble you're in by going your own way!
Instead of this reactive ‘firefighting’, He would love to be proactive by revealing His plans to you during relaxed times together.
If you really want to get serious about playing your part in bringing Christ's kingdom to the place where you work, you must nurture your relationship with your Dad, just like Jesus did.
Now, I understand that using valuable time for this seems wasteful when the task is there in front of you, but your passion to do is ruling the necessity to be with Him.
You see, without God, the job will not be completed to His design, Christ’s kingdom will not prosper and its outward appearance will be in your image, not His.
Is this you?
If so, my prayer is that you seek this crucial relationship so that you will work together with God for something of eternal value.
We all need to know this truth and act upon it,
"A person may have many ideas concerning God’s plan for his life,
but only the designs of God’s purpose will succeed in the end."
